Al Jazeera International Catering LLC won the spectacular “The 12th Middle East Customer Service Excellence Award” under the Hospitality Sector. The award was presented as part of the “17th GCC Customer Care Excellence Conference” in a grand ceremony at Burj Al Arab, Dubai on 30/1/18.
This award was presented by Mr. Akima Umezawa, Consul General of Japan in Dubai to Mr. Jotham Thommy, Exe Assistant to Managing Director, Al Jazeera International Catering LLC for the company’s sustained performance towards customer happiness and for embedding service excellence as part of the regular operations with a track record of 98.79% customer happiness and satisfaction over the past 5 years in the areas of hospitality services.
This regionally coveted Award is specifically formulated and granted to honor the path breaking leaders in various fields of Government and private organizations for their outstanding contribution towards the development of regional competitiveness in the area of customer happiness and service excellence.
